My online QB account is not QBOA account. Please advise how do i make it QBOA account.

Welcome to the Community. Let me share some clarification about the QuickBooks subscription.

Currently, the option to convert your current subscription to QBOA is unavailable. If you have QuickBooks Online, I recommend canceling the subscription by going to the Account and settings section.

For the detailed steps, here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
5. Follow the next steps.
6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
7. Select Got it.
