Know that your transaction or account is on hold to protect you and the payee while it's in the process on our end. There are also times that QB will ask for additional documents to complete the reviewing process and release the payments.
Also, when an account is on hold. You'll usually receive an email notification about it. The email contains the information and instruction on how to resolve the hold. If you can't find any email related to accounts on hold, you'll want to check your Spam or Junk folder to see if the email is in there.
In case you can't find the email in your Spam or Junk folder, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Customer Care Team. This way, they can check and investigate on your account to determine the reason why it's on hold. They can also assist you on how to get it sorted out so you can complete your tasks in QBO.
