Question

My QuickBooks Accountant account can't access IAS. Homepage redirects to onboarding and shows 404. Existing firm found, can't create a new one.

Hello,

I already have a QuickBooks Online Accountant firm. However, I cannot access the Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS).

When I open the IAS homepage, it redirects to /app/firm/onboarding and shows "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested."

I cannot create a new firm because the system says I already have one.

Could someone please check my account provisioning and advise whether my firm can be migrated to IAS or repaired?

As am using from Pakistan, Is it any area restriction??

The error you’re experiencing is occurring because Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) is currently in a rollout phase and is not yet available in Pakistan. There is no confirmed date for when the service will be launched in your region.

Thank you for the clarification. I appreciate your response.

It's disappointing that IAS is not yet available in Pakistan. I hope Intuit will expand support to Pakistan in the future.

In the meantime, I would also like to request that Intuit improve the ProAdvisor training experience for users in Pakistan. The training available on my account uses an older format with long video lessons and section-based exams, which feels outdated and less engaging. A more interactive learning experience with shorter lessons, activities, and knowledge checks would be much more effective for learners.

I hope Intuit will consider improving the training experience for users in regions where IAS is not yet available.

Thank you for your time and support.
