In the search box, enter Payroll Tax and Summary Wage.
Click the Date Range drop-down arrow and select the 2nd Qtr (Apr-June).
Then, hit Run Report.

Once done, let's print it either the following:
Click the drop-down arrow at the upper-right corner and select Export to Excel. Then, click File and select Print.
Another way is by selecting the Printer Friendly option. Then, press Ctrl + P on your keyboard to print this report.
