It's good to know that you chose QuickBooks Online (QBO) to help manage your business, teresa.

Let's make sure you can successfully connect Bank of America CashPro to QBO. Before we proceed, may I know if you've encountered any error messages or faced any issues when connecting the account? Any information or screenshots added will help us resolve the problem.

In the meantime, I recommend accessing your account using a private window. This way, we can determine whether this is a browser cache-related issue. The cache helps web pages to load quickly. However, excessive of it can lead to problems that impact the system's performance.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue.

Alternatively, log in to your bank website, then copy the URL and use it for searching and linking the account.

  1. From the left menu, click Transactions and choose Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select the Link account.
  3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL.
  4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  5. Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.

Please keep us posted if you need additional assistance managing your account and bank data. We always have your back.

Open your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same problem persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
