Question

Our bank account is being double billed for QBO & P/R subscriptions....same debit card, only one charge is showing in the "history". Still NOT fixed!!! HELP

Here’s how you can do that:

 

  1. Navigate to the (?) Help panel.
  2. Enter your question or concern in the Search bar.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback to get support.

 

Make sure to check their support hours so you can reach them at the right time.

 

Once everything is fine, be sure to review your payment history to confirm that all transactions are accurate and up to date.

 

Additionally, you may want to consider upgrading your subscription for enhanced features.
