Paid yearly account for self employed and can’t get access

I’ve been a client for 4 years and in Sept 2025 I canceled my monthly subscription to self employed app through app and opted for a yearly subscription and haven’t had access since. Apple says it’s a problem on the Intuit end as they show I’m fully paid through Aug 2026. Please help as it’s tax time and I have to input a lot of data for tax season

Good morning, @Mandypuchalski

We hate to hear that you haven't had any access to your account since you opted for a new yearly subscription. Let's work together to get this resolved quickly.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps first:

  • Make sure that app is up-to-date
  • Make sure your device is up-to-date
  • Refresh the app data

If these actions don't help, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can review your account with you and see why this is occurring.

Please come back and let us know how the actions go or how the call goes. We want to ensure that you get this taken care of as soon as possible. Take care!

Thank you for the reply. I have been on the phone for countless hours with support since late September. They keep giving me temporary access, but not figure out Why my paid subscription through Apple isn’t showing connected to my account. I can’t seem to get to the correct person with support to verify with Apple that my yearly subscription paid through them for this service is active and to give me access back to my account full-time
