When you cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you'll have a year of read-only access to get all the data you need from your company. I always recommend considering printing forms and reports during the said period for future use.
Since your QBO company file is already deleted, I can say that it's beyond the time frame provided. With this, Intuit cleans out your data from the cancelled account and there isn't a way to recover them. Then, once you've decided to resubscribe after a year, you won't have access to your previous data.
To learn more about the life of your QBO data after you end your subscription, kindly check out this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?. It also contains details about exporting policies after cancellation.
I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Take care always.
