Produce report on one account

I'd be glad to walk you through the steps on how to run a report for a specific account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how.

1. Go to the Accounting menu.
2. Select Chart of accounts.
3. Locate the account you want to run a report. 
4. Click the View register link drop-down under the Action column, and select Run report. 

You can also go to the Reports menu, run the Transaction Detail by Account report and modify it to a specific account.
