Hi, accounting. I appreciate that you've performed troubleshooting options on your end.
There's currently an investigation where the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app (INV-96278) is too large for the screen. Rest assured, our product engineers are working on a fix for this issue. I suggest accessing your QBO account through your browser in the meantime.
It would be best to be notified firsthand when there's an available fix or the problem has been resolved. Thus, I suggest reaching out to our contact support team to add you to the list of affected users. Here's how:
1. Go to Help (?) in your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select either of these tabs:
Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
Search tab and click on Contact us to connect with a support expert.
3. Choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
Feel free to check out this website to have further self-help resources at your disposal: Self-help articles.

I understand how challenging this situation is, @Reellisa.
As my colleague AlverMarkT mentioned, we have an ongoing investigation about the nonfunctional zoom options in the QuickBooks Online desktop app. With that, I recommend contacting our support team. By doing this, they'll get your account information securely and you'll be added as one of the affected users. You will be timely notified about the course of this investigation.
To contact us:
