QBOA Account Access is Denied

I have a newly created account through my new firm I created this year.  After using the new account for about a month and spending a lot of time converting accounts over from the previous firm I was with, my new account has now been denied access.  Initially, it was just on my working laptop, but now it is denied across any device.  I need access to this account again after spending a lot of time to get it up and running.  I am also a new business and need to meet government deadlines for clients, but am unable to do so without access to the client data.  I have communicated with level 1 and level 2 support via phone calls, but level 2 is telling me that there may be no way to get the access back and there is no other levels of support that can be reached.  This doesn't seem correct to me, as there has to be someone that can help resolve this issue at Intuit.  I have followed the advice of the level 2 support person and created another account, then requested a business change form from the old locked account to the new account, which included verifying my company details, personal information, and having my business partner verify their identity.  The level 2 person stated it is now a wait-and-see situation.  Has anyone had any luck with getting this type off issue resolved?
