Hi, kl-pedersen. I understand the inconvenience of contacting our Live Support team and not receiving answers. However, I recommend reaching out to them again.

They can securely look into your account to determine why you have a checking account and a debit card without your knowledge. Here's how:

1. Click the Help icon located at the upper right corner of your QBO account.
2. In the Assistant tab, enter Talk to an expert. Follow the prompts to connect via chat or request a callback.
3. You can also use the Search tab to enter your question, then select Contact Us to reach our support team.
