If the person who has the master admin account is no longer available, I recommend contacting our support team so they can assist you with your master admin claim. They have the tools to up your account in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them:
We have to gather enough details and review your account to transfer the access. For the security of your company and information, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team. A representative can pull up your information securely, then help you retake the access.

Can you please assist me on how can we reactivate our quick books account because it's expired already, because the email we registered ([email address removed]) we're not using anymore that's why we won't get notified.

I have take over the admin from our company, I was not able to make you Primary Admin. If you have issues with any of this, you will need to make a Master Admin Claim with QB can you make [email address removed] master admin
I'll share with you the guidelines on how you can transfer the role to you if the primary admin or contact is unavailable. Even if they aren't available or make the change on their own, you can request our account protection team. Here's how:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill out the form with your information.
Upload the necessary documents and then click Submit.
