Canceling the duplicate account is the best thing do here. I'll be glad to give steps on how you can do so. Please take note that after you cancel the subscription, you will have read-only access to the data stored in this account for one year. Then, we delete the data and remove the account after that.
Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab. Note: if you don't see the Billing and Subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See the steps for your device below.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
