Setting up QB online with my existing QB desktop information

I'm getting an error message as soon as start my set up. I have an existing company on QB desktop that I want to transfer data from after setup and I get the following message during the first step of setup.

"Choose your Company" You can't add Quick Books Online to Shelter Providers of Orlando, Inc. with your existing subscription. Try another company or contact customer service.

Here’s how:

In QuickBooks, locate your company data file.
Close QuickBooks Desktop.
Copy your company file to a new folder on your local c-drive.
Open your company file in QuickBooks Desktop from the new location.
Select Company, then select Export your company file to QuickBooks Online.
