Checking fees requires us to pull up your account. I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. Here's how:
Click Help inside QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Select Contact us.
Enter "Subscription fee" in the description field, then click Continue.
Select either Start a chat or Get a callback.
Once you cancel your account, we keep your data for one year after cancelation. If you wish to reactivate your account, feel free to check this article: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
