Hi I tried to switch to annual billing. On the preview, it says I will only be charged €177.74, but when I clicked the button, it's asking for €398.17. Anyone knows what's happening? Bug?

Hello there, Jet.

Thanks for reaching out to us about switching to annual billing. Numbers like those definitely catch the eye. I'd like to help clarify this for you.

The shift from €177.74 to €398.17 boils down to few things, these includes prorated charges based on the transition timing, inclusion of VAT, considering that preview prices usually show the net amount, and your subscription's specific add-ons.

To ensure everything is accurate,  I highly recommend contacting our Live Support team. They can securely access your account, provide a line-by-line breakdown of these charges and help address any discrepancies. They can also discuss alternative billing options with you if necessary.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Help (?) icon.
  3. Click on the Assistant tab, then enter and send Talk to an expert.
  4. Provide a brief overview of the issue you need assistance with.
  5. Choose your preferred method of contact.
