Trying to look into Lending. The owner details are wrong and from an old partner. How do I change this? I have updated everything else, but still shows old partners name.

Once done, log back into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to check if they've taken effect. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payments live support team. They can investigate this further and assist you with updating the account owner's information.

Here's how you can reach them:

1. Go to Help and choose the Search tab.
2. In the search field, type in contact support.
3. Click the Contact Us button.
4. Enter your concern in the box and press the Continue button.
5. Choose the Chat with us or Get a Callback.

Once everything is in place, you can always run the quick loan report by going to the Chart of Accounts page to review the transactions with your account.
