No one here knows your user name either.

Hi there, @barbbreitnauer.

You'll need to reach out to the company file admin to check the User List from the Company menu. From there, they can verify your usernames.

Here's how:

  1. Log in as the administrator.
  2. Go to the Company menu.
  3. Select Set Up Users and Passwords and choose Set up Users.
  4. Enter the admin password, then click OK.
  5. Then, you'll see the usernames in the User List window.

You can also check our Password Reset guide to change your user password.

You can also manage restrictions to keep users from seeing sensitive information.

Let me know in the comment section if you need further assistance. Have a good one.
