we opened an account with solopreneur and then upgraded with simple start and its still not giving us the option to add an accountant what can we do?

You may be having a browser issue that prevents you from adding your accountant to your account. Let's try some quick troubleshooting to see if that's the case.

 

First, close any other tabs or windows running QuickBooks to avoid loading conflicts, then refresh your page (or press F5) to start a fresh session.

 

Next, sign out of your account, log back in, and try sending the invite again. If the issue persists, try using an incognito/private window or switching to a different browser like Google Chrome for better performance.
