Currently, the Products and Services are still available in the QuickBooks Online Mobile app. Kindly follow these steps to find it:
Go to the Menu ☰, then tap the All in tab.
Scroll until you see the Money in section.
Find and press the Products and Services option.
Click the +, and enter your item's information.
Choose an account.
You can also add a description.
Once done, click Done or Save.
If locating the Products and Services is still unavailable on your mobile device after following the steps above, we can proceed to perform troubleshooting steps.
For Android:
Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
Close and restart the app.
Clear app data by going to your Settings and choosing the app. Please know that this varies by device.
Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then press Storage.
