What to do if payment link does not appear when I click "save and share link"?

Hi, @info11-tntstaging. Let me share some information about how the payment link works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please know that clicking the Save and share link button will not make the Payment link appear. It simply saves your invoice and indicates that the link has been copied already. You can paste it anywhere on your computer to verify.  Once verified, you can send it via email or text. Refer to the screenshot below for your visual guide.
