Question

When I tap on navigation/maps icon from a customer it takes me to Uber app when it should take me to Google Maps . I am not an Uber driver. This is highly annoying.

I understand your preference for a map app and I'll help you with it.

 

The QBO mobile app uses your default app for navigation. You can check the App Info of your Google Maps app and set it as default. However, please note that this change may affect other apps that use Uber map on your phone.

 

Here's how you can check it:

  1. Open your phone's settings.
  2. Choose Apps or App Manager.
  3. Find the Google Maps app and set it as default.
