When selected the product or service why does it disappears from the spreadsheet

Let's get your product or service item appeared on spreadsheets. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser or an incognito mode. This is to determine if this is a cache-related issue. The process depends on the browser you’re using.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N   

 

Then, select a product or service items and check to see them in your spreadsheet. If it's working fine, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This process will optimize the QBO performance. If you continue to get the same result, use a supported browser.
