When will QBO Users be able to add credit card/ACH fees to invoices automatically by adding a pct. rate to a new service? Why is QBO behind the curve on this?

While we don't have an ETA for when the service charge for invoices will be available, we highly encourage you to submit a feature request to our Product Development Team, @2jp.

Here's how: 
 

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your feature request.
4. Click Submit.

In the meantime, you can create a service item for the service charge and manually add it to the invoice. Here's how:

1. Navigate Invoice.
2. Fill out the necessary information.
3. In the Product/Service section, click the Dropdown arrow and select Add new.
4. Create a service item and enter the service charge. Also, enter other necessary details.
5. In the Income account field, select an expense account.
6. Click the Save and close button.
