Where are my records? How do I edit direct deposit?

I’m a 10-99 contracted with a company that had me sign up through qb. Every two weeks I get an email from intuit saying my direct deposit is on the way. When I login to QB I can find no records or related information. I also need to change my direct deposit info and cannot find anyway to do so.

Hi there, Foff2.

When using QuickBooks Money, to have records of your direct deposit payments and change your direct deposit information, you'll need to reach out to your client directly to request a summary of records and notify them that you need to update your direct deposit information. Depending on how your payment details were entered before, they may need to update this information in their system to ensure payments are processed on your behalf.
