Where is my refund

Let me step in and assist you on how to contact our QuickBooks Support. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Click the Contact Us button.
3. Enter your concern in the field, then hit Let's talk.
4. Select either Start a chat or Get a call.
5. Fill up all the information needed.
6. Click Submit or Confirm my call.

Also, if you click the Help icon and you're routed to the QB Assistant windows, you can enter How to Contact Support on the message field. Then, click the Contact Us button to continue.

Please know that if you're using the Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start QuickBooks, the support hours are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday. However, if you're using the Advanced version, you can contact us any time on any day.
