Let's get the transaction details on the report, Bigg-higuera.
First, we'll have to check if the Track payments for 1099 feature is selected in the contractor's profile. Here's how:
Click Expenses.
Go to the Vendors tab.
Select the contractor to open their profile, then click Edit.
Ensure that the Track payments for 1099 box is ticked.
If it is set up already, we'll have to ensure you paid the contractors through check or expense. You can't see the transactions in the report if you paid them using a credit card, debit card, gift card, or PayPal.
Next, if the accounts used on the transactions are not mapped for 1099, they'll not show on the report. Here's how to map them:
Click Expenses.
Go to the Vendors tab.
Click Prepare 1099s, then select Continue your 1099s.
Click Next until you're on the Categorize payments to contractors (or 1099 vendors) page.
Select the accounts you used in all the contractor transactions.
Click Next, then click Save and finish later.
Once done checking and correcting your records, pull up the 1099 detail report again.
