Hi @drusert1055, I want to make sure you're able to save your report.
There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QuickBooks Online, to act weirdly. And can be the reason why you're unable to save the customization made to our Balance Sheet report.
To begin with, have you received an error message prompt, or what was the action not letting you save the detailed report? Let's consider QBO using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to memorize a report. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.
