why is it saying unable to address form when i try to resubscribe?

Trying to resubscribe and it asked me to update my company info to continue. I did that. Then it says "unable to load address form, please try again." Its been saying that for days. How do I get around this?

This is certainly not the experience we wanted you to have while resubscribing. To get past the prompt, we recommend resubscribing directly through your Intuit account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Cancel when prompted with the resubscribe option.
  3. Click the Gear icon, then select Intuit account.
  4. Choose Products & billing, then select the product you want to resubscribe to.
  5. Click Resubscribe.

 

If you still encounter the same issue after completing the above steps, please contact Live Support team so they can look into it.

 

To contact Live Support:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Cancel when prompted with the resubscribe option.
  3. Select Help.
