One reason for the charge is that the three-month discount ended, or it may be due to other subscriptions. You can confirm this using the lookup tool here: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank account.

To contact them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Solopreneur account.
  2. Click the Help icon (?) in the top right corner.
  3. Enter your billing question in the search box.
  4. Scroll down and select Contact Us.
  5. Choose Talk to a human or Get a callback to speak with a live representative.
