Wrong plan down grade

You can purchase a new plan and cancel the old one. Any specific concern?

Welcome to the Community space, Dambuilderz. We'll walk you through downgrading your current QuickBooks Online (QBO) company subscription.

Please know that you'll need to turn off features in your current plan before downgrading to a lower version. Once done, follow these steps:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company as a primary or company admin.
2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and then select Subscriptions and billing.
3. Make sure your payment info is up to date.
4. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Downgrade your plan.
5. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to downgrade your plan.
