can Hi, I’m having trouble downloading ABSA bank feeds in QuickBooks Online. I can connect after revalidating but then it disconnects and says my login details are wrong

1. On the top right corner of the dashboard, select (?) Help.
2. Type in your concern and press enter.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Select between Chat with us or Have us call you.
