can we reactivate accounts on the chart of accounts that are inactive

Yes, Ruth. You can reactivate inactive accounts in the Chart of Accounts (COA).

Here’s how:
 

1. Navigate to the Transactions menu, then Chart of Accounts.
2. Select the Gear icon on the left side corner.
3. In the Other section, tick Include inactive and click the X icon.
   
4. Find the inactive account.
5. Hit Make Active.
