One of the possible reasons why you encounter the error is because of the browser's cache or data issues.

To verify, if you're using QuickBooks through the web browser, we can clear your regular browser's cache to give it a fresh start. Too much cache or cookies can cause issues with how web pages function.

Alternatively, we can use other supported browsers to determine whether the issue is browser-specific.

If you're using the QuickBooks mobile app, let's clear the app data of your mobile device to reset the app to its default state. This process plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser. 

For iOS, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
2. Tap Refresh Data.
3. Click Refresh to confirm.

For Android, here's how:

1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
2. Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm.

Once done but the error persists, uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to ensure you get the latest version of the QuickBooks app.
