I am managing to update and connect with absa bank after receiving an error103 notice, but havent been able to update bank transactions in quickbooks since 22/9 ??

How to update banking transactions after fixing error 103 , and still not able to update?

They have the tools to conduct a detailed review of your account, identifying the root cause of the problem and guiding you through the appropriate steps to resolve it.
 

Here's how to reach them:
 

  1. Navigate to the Help (?) icon.
  2. Enter "Live support" in the search box, then select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
  4. Choose either AppointmentChat, or Callback options.

Also, make sure to check their support hours so you will know when representatives are available to help.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions into your QBO account using the correct formatting.
