If you have a positive deposit from the bank how do you reflect

You'll need to create the bank deposit with the correct bank account. Here's how:

1. Go to the + New button from the left menu. 
2. Select Bank deposit under Other.
3. Choose your company bank account from the Account drop-down. 
4. Go to the Add funds to this deposit section. 
5. Select the appropriate account, enter the necessary information, and the amount. 
6. Click Save and close.
