Hi there. It is crucial to manage your dashboard and ensure it displays all relevant transactions. This feature provides a clear, immediate overview of financial activities, enabling efficient monitoring. Let's investigate why the manually added entries did not appear.

Your dashboard displays transactions depending on how you customise it. Please see the attached screenshot for specific widgets where you can view your entries.

Please know your bank will only appear on your Dashboard if the accounts are categorized as either Cash at bank and in hand or Credit Card, regardless of whether they have a live bank feed connection.

To access the transaction details, navigate to the Bank Accounts section and select Go to Registers.

If you have already confirmed this, but the entries did not appear in their designated area, let's troubleshoot this together. An accumulation of historical data can lead to unexpected behaviors.

Let's open your account and check if the transaction appears on the Dashboard using an incognito window to eliminate the possibility of a webpage issue.

Here's the following keyboard shortcuts to use:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Return to your regular browser if it's a success. Then, clear your cache to start afresh. If the issue remains, consider switching to other supported browsers installed on your system.

Moreover, you can generate a wide range of reports, providing a detailed overview of all your transactions for future reference.

Please let me know if you have additional questions about this or anything else. I'll be more than happy to answer them. Have a great day ahead!
