Question

Why is the number of transactions uploaded and categorized from the bank statements duplicated only in the GL/TB? Categorised point of view, look isn't duplicated, Help?

The bank balance is incorrect on TB, and transactions are duplicated for the Month. But looking at the categorised, all is complete and NOT duplicated.

Duplicate transactions can occur due to automatic imports and manual entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Temo. Let's work together to resolve the duplicates.

 

If transactions are entered manually, they will result in duplicates if they were already imported automatically from the bank statements. We can delete or exclude them to resolve this issue. Here are the steps to exclude them:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click on the For Review tab.
  3. Check the box next to the transactions you’d like to exclude.
  4. Then, select Exclude to remove them.
