Bank Account in Euros and another in Pounds, how do I match the transfers between them?

Are the transactions showing in the for review section in QuickBooks Online for both banks? Are you recording the transfer in the + symbol in the top right>transfer or are you adding the transaction as transfer in one bank in for review and looking to see a match in the other bank account in for review?
