Multiple CORRECT duplicate transactions are NOT downloading from bank feed in QB Online- is there a way to turn off ?

Please see below the problem description:

I made two money transfers on the same day, with the same amount value from the same savings account to the same current account. I would like to highlight there is an interval of ~10 hours between those transactions.
- And my bank statement shows both transactions.
When I updated the bank accounts using the bank feed it only brought into QB online one of the two transactions I mentioned above.
I believe when two or more transactions have the same date, same value, and same description the bank feed update only imports one.
- And the user has no control on the description for each transaction.

I would like to know why QB online failing transactions as per the explanation above.

There is a case like mine for the QB Desktop. Not yet solved. There is a chance the developers decided to re-use the core software routines in both QB products meaning the problem It will appear in both products. Please see below the link to that case.

Hello SeaView, it should bring up two transactions into QuickBooks even if it is the same date and amount. What is the date of the transaction? because if the date is today for example then it its worth waiting for 24 hours usually it takes time to show up in QuickBooks.
