Welcome to the UK Community for QuickBooks Online.

We do mean your login information you would use to log into your Online Banking. When you're using our Banking Function, it's best to think of it as a function of logging into your bank, just using QB. The questions you get asked are the same questions you would get asked when logging in Direct to your banks Online Banking.

We never hold a permanent connection to your bank, unless you specifically authorize it through Direct Feed.
