Can anyone advise why I don't have transactions showing up from 5th June to 11th July?

QuickBooks relies on the transactions provided by your financial institution, Lynsey C.

Missing transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) may occur due to delays, interruptions in the bank connection, or maintenance being performed by the bank. Could you please confirm the name of your financial institution? This will allow me to check for any known issues on my end.

Additionally, please review the page filters to ensure that no transactions have been overlooked. I will provide a screenshot below for your reference:

If the issue persists, we can clear your browser's cache and cookies for a fresh start. It can help eliminate unexpected behavior, such as issues with your display preferences. If the problem persists, we can use a different supported browser to narrow down the problem.

On the other hand, you can still manually enter those transactions into QBSE.

I'm more than willing to help if you still have issues with your transactions in QBO. We'll ensure your needs are taken care of, lynseyc.
