To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to ask for more details about the bank account you want to verify. Are you trying to connect your bank account for online banking? Or you're trying to verify your bank account to activate your direct deposit? However, if you mean something else, please let us know. Any extra information is much appreciated.
We're looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!
You can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account directly to bypass the link. Wait one to three business days for two small test deposits from Intuit to appear in your bank account. Then, navigate to the Banking or Payroll section in QBO and enter the exact amounts to verify your account.
Depending on which feature you are setting up, such as QuickBooks Payments or Direct Deposit, the steps to verify the micro-deposits differ slightly.
If you are setting up QuickBooks Payments, please follow these steps:
Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
Select the Payments tab on the left.
In the Deposits or QuickBooks Checking section, find your bank account from the list and select Verify.
Enter the two small amounts we have deposited into your bank account.
Review the bank account information and complete your request.
If you are activating payroll direct deposit, the steps are the same, even though this article is for the US region. Use this article as your guide: Verify your bank account for payroll.
