If you've tried connecting your bank using the bank's name or the sign in URL but still unable to find it, your bank may not be a participating financial institution.
You can use the Request support for your bank option and ask us to add your bank.
On the Add account page, select Request support for your bank.
Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
