Hi there, @Samantha41. Welcome to QuickBooks Community! I'm here to lend a hand in fixing this issue about your transactions not showing from April last year in QuickBooks Online. 

First, you’ll want to modify the dates in your Banking tab. This way, you can view your transactions.

Otherwise, you can modify the dates from your Account QuickReport of the bank in question to see those transactions. Here’s how: 

1. Go to Accounting in the left pane. 
2. Then, go to Chart of Accounts. 
3. Click the drop-down icon. 
4. Select Run Report. 
5. Then modify the dates under the Report period of the report. 
6. Click Save customisation when done.
