On the other hand, if your financial institution have multiple bank names in the search field, you'll want to try connecting all the matching options.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear> Bank accounts.
Select the Connect another account button and search for the bank name.
Click the bank's name to sign in.
Follow the on-screen instructions in connecting your bank account.
