Duplicate bank setup

I can help you remove the account that's causing the duplicate, @snatha1.

 

You can disconnect the account that's causing the duplicate by making it inactive. This works like deleting the bank account. This one is permanent. 

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the bank account you want to delete.
  3. Click the View Register▼ dropdown and pick Make inactive.

If you have existing transactions under that account, you can unmatch downloaded bank transactions or move them to another account.
