Hello my account balance isn’t up dating it’s been the same for two weeks now.

Hi there, 

 

You can manually update your bank balance to ensure the latest transactions are downloaded to your QBO account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Find the account that isn't updating and click the Update button in the top right corner.

 

You can also check your bank's website to see if there are any ongoing maintenance on your bank's side. Look for any messages or alerts about new security requirements, changes to their system, or scheduled maintenance. Your bank might require you to take action before QuickBooks can download new transactions.
