I'm here to provide more information about the banking issues with Barclaycard and Barclays, @kdh_astar2.
I've checked my resources, and there are no reported issues with Barclaycard feeds. I assure you that I have the steps you can perform to resolve this.
The bank may be performing system maintenance. That's why you're having problems with Barclaycard.
First, let's manually update the bank account. It helps refresh the connection between Barclaycard and QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you how.
Go to Banking from the left menu.
Choose the blue tile for Barclaycard.
Click Update.
If prompted, enter your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
Select Continue Update.
If the update doesn't work, the issue may be on the bank’s end. I'd suggest logging into your bank's website to check if there are alerts that need your attention. One of them is the new security requirements. When everything looks good, perform another manual update.
As for the Barclays feeds, I'm unable to confirm if there's an ongoing issue about this. But I want to make sure I've got you covered. Did you receive an error message when trying to download transactions in QBO? That way, I can check here on my end if there's an ongoing investigation about the banking error and how to fix it. Both Barclaycard and Barclays are on open banking now, so you shouldn't need to have to csv your transactions in anymore. Have you tried to update your connection so it is on the new open banking feeds?
Do you get any error codes or messages showing up on the banking section in Quickbooks?
